The Website is provided to present our company, products, collections, projects and technical information to architects, designers, dealers, importers, project owners and other trade and retail visitors. You may browse the Website and download catalogues and technical documents for the purpose of evaluating, specifying or purchasing Montévia Surfaces products.

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, and to provide accurate information whenever you submit an enquiry, quotation request or any other form.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, specifications, sizes, finishes and images accurate and up to date. However:

• Ceramic and porcelain surfaces are fired natural-material products. Shade, tone, texture, veining and pattern can vary between batches, between individual tiles and slabs, and from the images shown on screen or in printed and digital catalogues.
• Colours on screen depend on your device and settings, and lifestyle images, renders and "view in space" visuals are illustrative only.
• Sizes, thicknesses and technical values are nominal and subject to the tolerances of the relevant standards.
• We may change, update or discontinue products, designs, specifications and certifications at any time without notice.

Always confirm the exact specification, shade and suitability of a product for your application with our team, and inspect physical samples, before ordering or installing.

Prices are not published on the Website. Pricing depends on product, quantity, destination and commercial terms, and is provided only through a written quotation.

• Content on the Website is an invitation to enquire, not an offer to sell. Submitting an enquiry or quotation request does not create a contract.
• A quotation is valid only for the period and on the terms stated in it. An order is binding only once we confirm it in writing (for example by a signed proforma invoice or sales contract).
• Each order is governed by the terms of that written quotation, proforma invoice or sales contract, including payment, delivery (Incoterms), taxes and duties, inspection, claims and warranty terms. If they conflict with these Terms, the order documents prevail for that order.

Catalogues, technical data sheets, certificates and other downloadable files are provided for your internal evaluation and specification of Montévia Surfaces products. You may share them with your clients and project teams for that purpose, unaltered and with our branding intact. You may not modify, rebrand, resell, republish them as your own or use them to promote products that are not supplied by Montévia Surfaces.
